Hellish comes from Chile and plays black thrash metal. The band has previously released two albums and a long list of other releases. But it’s “The Dance Of The Four Elemental Serpents” we’re going to focus on now. The band’s style is of the primitive devilish kind where it goes fast-paced and all clichés are well preserved. I like what Hellish has achieved here. It sounds dirty and authentic. The band also has a good sense of melody, which they occasionally incorporate into various parts. This is probably music I’ll get tired of listening to pretty fast. There are simply too many bands of this kind, and there’s little originality. But if you take it for what it is, this is a cool album and I believe this band kicks ass live.
