Djevel announced on Facebook today that the band’s creative guitarist and driving force has passed away.
“It is with deepest sorrow in our hearts we have to inform that our brother and mastermind of Djevel, Trånn Ciekals, is no longer among us.
We need to process this now over the next couple of days, and our heartfelt condolences go to Trånn’s family, and first and foremost, his two children.”
In addition to Djevel, Trånn played in bands such as NettleCarrier and Ljå.
Our deepest condolences go out to his family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.
